Jenna Martin- Business and Operations Manager

I'm provisions manager at Reach, I joined the team in the early days because I loved the flexible and dynamic approach to provision which was at the heart of the company's ethos.

I'm really passionate about every person, no matter their circumstances, being able to access education in a way which is meaningful and relevant to them, however that may look.

Outside of work, I love all things outdoorsy and am happiest on the water in a kayak, off in my campervan or exploring the countryside with my family and my dog, Bear.

With a background in sports and leadership, I've always been passionate about living life actively and spending time outdoors. These experiences have shaped me and inspire my passion for encouraging others to take on challenges, build resilience, and grow with confidence.

What excites me most about working at Reach is being part of a team that is truly committed to helping young people thrive. Every day, we work to give them the tools, confidence and opportunities they need to succeed- not just in school, but in life.

For me, there's nothing more rewarding than seeing young people unlock their potential and discover what they're capable of. Together, with a supportive and dedicated team, I believe we can make a real difference.
